說明：
一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 112 年 5 月 8 日臺教國署國字第 1120060095 號函辦理。
二、有關新任團員遴選相關事項詳如簡章（附件），擇要說明 如下：
(一)遴選資格：教師應為國中小現職合格教師，具備五年以 上合格教師之教學服務年資及三年以上直轄市、縣 （市）輔導團兼任輔導員或二年以上直轄市、縣（市） 輔導團專任輔導員資歷。具備特殊資歷（如 power 教 師）或條件者，直轄市、縣（市）輔導團年資得酌予縮 短。
(二)得向教育部國民及學前教育署推薦央團教師之單位：
１、本縣教育處
２、本縣各領域/課程/議題輔導群。
３、現任央團教師。
(三)遴選標準：
１、具擔任央團教師之專業素養(教育政策之理解與詮釋能 力、問題覺察與診斷能力、教學視導與評鑑能力、教 學創新與研究能力、組織經營與領導能力等)。
２、專門學科領域素養(學科知識、課程設計及教材之熟 悉、教學方法等)。
３、人格特質(具服務熱忱、願意接近人群、善於溝通、具 反思、理性思維及團隊合作等)。
(四)推薦方式：
１、受理推薦期間：即日起至 112 年 5 月 19 日（星期五） 止，一律採通訊推薦。
２、各單位推薦之人員是否符合基本資格，由教育部國民 及學前教育署辦理初步審查，其結果及後續遴選事 宜，將於 112 年 5 月 25 日（星期四）前公告於「教育部 國民中小學課程與教學資源整合平臺」（簡稱 CIRN ）。
(五)遴選作業重要期程：
１、遴選日期： 112 年 5 月 30 日(星期二)。
２、錄取公告日期： 112 年 6 月 8 日(星期四)前於 CIRN 公告正 取、備取名單，並於公告後函知正式錄取名單。
(六)為避免教師參與央團業務影響學校事務，報名前請先行 與服務學校溝通，經校長同意且服務學年度免兼任導師 職務後再行報名。
(七)由教育部國民及學前教育署依遴選結果聘任央團教師， 並頒發聘書。每次聘期以一學年為原則，並得視各央團 教師之表現情形予以續聘，每次續聘之聘期為一學年。 另央團教師服務期間表現優良者之敘獎，央團教師所屬 學校之校長併同敘獎。
(八)112 學年度期初團務會議於 112 年 8 月 7 日(星期一)至 8 月 11 日(星期五)假國家教育研究院三峽院區辦理，新任央團 團員應全程參加，未全程參加者不予聘任。
三、有關中央課程與教學輔導諮詢教師團隊之運作，以及央團 教師之權利義務、考核，悉依「教育部國民及學前教育署 中央課程與教學輔導諮詢教師團隊設置及運作要點」辦 理，請自行參閱。

For the past few decades, our school has built a solid academic foundation for the community and nurtured innumerable talented children who turn into the backbone of society. The campus is located in the heart of Hualien City with easy accessibility to many places in downtown. Most of the parents of our pupils work in business, industry, military, public, and education sectors, and all of them highly value their children’s education. The number of students peaked in 1984 with the total of 854 pupils, and the number for classes reached the highest point of 24 in 2002.
