| 二、 | 縣內介聘除明廉國小、復興國小、忠孝國小、太昌國小、靜浦國小、松浦國小、永豐國小、秀林國小等 8 校不委辦，餘均委辦；縣外介聘除明廉國小、明恥國小、信義國小、復興國小、忠孝國小、吉安國小、南華國小、太昌國小、豐山國小、溪口國小、林榮國小、大進國小、靜浦國小、新社國小、春日國小、中城國小、松浦國小、高寮國小、永豐國小、秀林國小、富世國小、文蘭國小、太平國小、大興國小、西寶國小等 25 校不委辦，餘均委辦。 |

| （一） | 明義國小、中正國小、北昌國小、豐山國小、光復國小、瑞美國小、鶴岡國小、舞鶴國小、港口國小、新社國小、玉里國小、樂合國小、觀音國小、德武國小、長良國小、高寮國小、萬寧國小、東竹國小、東里國小、明里國小、景美國小、紅葉國小、明利國小、卓溪國小、崙山國小、立山國小、卓楓國小、西富國小、西寶國小等 29 校開缺數照案通過。 |
| （二） | 富源國小剩餘缺額 1 名，僅同意提撥縣內普通班 1 名，不同意提撥縣外普通班 1 名；豐濱國小剩餘缺額 1 名，僅同意提撥縣內普通班 1 名；卓清國小剩餘缺額 1 名，僅同意提撥縣內普通班 1 名。 |
| （三） | 各校參加縣內介聘教師成功調出所遺缺額無人調入，均不同意轉入縣外介聘提撥。 |
| （四） | 同意瑞美國小、舞鶴國小、港口國小、樂合國小、觀音國小、德武國小、景美國小、立山國小、卓楓國小等 9 校縣內介聘提撥缺額無人調入，轉入縣外介聘提撥。 |
| （五） | 明恥國小、吉安國小、大榮國小、林榮國小、富里國小、三棧國小、萬榮國小、大興國小等 8 校，因無剩餘缺額，不同意提撥缺額。 |
| （六） | 三民國小為委託私人辦理學校，同意縣內介聘及縣外介聘各提撥普通班 1 名。 |
| 四、 | 本年度經審議同意開列之缺額，續依「花蓮縣立高級中等以下學校教師介聘他校服務作業要點」規定辦理。 |
基本資訊和雙語連絡方式School Profile 基本資訊Overview 花蓮縣花蓮市忠孝國民小學建校六十年，深耕地方教育有目共睹。創校以來，為社區的國民教學奠下堅實的基礎，培育無數人才，成為社會中堅。本校位於花蓮市中心區域，交通便捷，屬都市型學校。學區內，家庭組織以工商業及軍公教業居多，家長皆重視子女教育。 現任校長是紀忠呈先生（Principal Chi , Chungcheng）。全校教職員總計逾40人。本校小學部共有20班，學生人數約500人；幼兒園2班，學生人數約60人。 Hualien Municipal Jhong Siao Primary School has had 60 years of history in Hualien with a high reputation for our educational focus. For the past few decades, our school has built a solid academic foundation for the community and nurtured innumerable talented children who turn into the backbone of society. The campus is located in the heart of Hualien City with easy accessibility to many places in downtown. Most of the parents of our pupils work in business, industry, military, public, and education sectors, and all of them highly value their children’s education. Principal Chi , Chungcheng is currently the leader of more than 40 staffs and around 500 students in primary level as well as about 60 pupils in kindergarten. 學校發展歷史 School History 本校於1963年創校。1984年全校班級數20班，學生數最高達853人；2002年班級數最高達24班，學生數768人。創校至今60年，合計有10位校長接力經營本校（含現任）。 Jhong Siao Primary School was founded in 1963. The number of students peaked in 1984 with the total of 854 pupils, and the number for classes reached the highest point of 24 in 2002.
