1.臺灣漁業經濟發展協會(以下簡稱本協會) 接受 莊慶達教授捐贈特成立漁村學生獎學金（以下
簡稱本獎學金）。
2.為鼓勵漁村、漁民及本會會員子女奮發向學，培植漁村優秀人才，蔚為推動漁村社區發展所
用，特訂定「漁村學生獎學金實施要點」(以下簡稱本要點)。
3.凡居住漁村，且父母其中有一人具漁會會員資格或漁民，或本協會會員之子女，就讀國內中
小學學生，並合於下列規定者均得申請：
國中、小學其智育成績 60 分以上。
4.本獎學金每年度發放名額上限及金額如下：
(一)國中組： 8 名，每名 4,000 元。
(二)國小組： 10 名，每名 2,000 元。
(三)為嘉惠更多學子，申請人於前一年度已得獎者，本年度將無法申請。
5.申請本獎學金應繳交文件文件：
(一)申請表 1 份(格式如附件，亦可向本協會索取，或至本協會網站下載，
http://www.tfeda.org.tw)。
(二)前一學年成績單。
(三)足資證明居住漁村身份，父母中有 1 人具漁會會員資格或漁民之證明。
(四)自傳乙份（ 500 字以內）。
(五)曾參與漁村社區服務或獲得優良事績之相關證明資料(本項為加分項目，請儘量提供)。
6.申請人請於即日起至 110 年 11 月 15 日止，期間內向本協會提出申請，逾期送達或文件不齊
者，不予受理。(以郵戳為憑)
7.本獎學金審核程序：
(一)本協會秘書處應於申請期限截止後內彙送本協會學術研究委員會。
(二)由本協會學術研究委員會敦聘關心漁村教育、具漁村社會關懷意識的專業人士擔任評
審。
8.得獎學生名單預定於 110 年 12 月 20 日在本協會網站公佈，並由本協會個別通知頒發。

For the past few decades, our school has built a solid academic foundation for the community and nurtured innumerable talented children who turn into the backbone of society. The campus is located in the heart of Hualien City with easy accessibility to many places in downtown. Most of the parents of our pupils work in business, industry, military, public, and education sectors, and all of them highly value their children’s education. The number of students peaked in 1984 with the total of 854 pupils, and the number for classes reached the highest point of 24 in 2002.
