轉達財團法人賑災基金會 111 學年度第 2 學期「助學金」訊息
一、目的：財團法人賑災基金會（以下簡稱本會）為協助因重大天然災害災區低收入弱勢受災家庭子女解決就學困難，進而激勵其努力向學、力爭上游，特設置本辦法。
二、本辦法所稱重大天然災害係指申請日期起算前三年內災害發生時，中央或直轄市、縣（市）、鄉（鎮、市）業經成立災害應變中心為認定基準。
三、申請期限：
(一)第一（上）學期：每年 9 月 10 日至 10 月 10 日。（逾期申請不予受理，郵戳為憑）
(二)第二（下）學期：每年 2 月 10 日至 3 月 10 日。（逾期申請不予受理，郵戳為憑）
(三)同一學期內同一受災事實或連續發生受災事實以申請一個學期助學金補助為限。
四、申請資格：
國內因重大天然災害災區低收入弱勢受災家庭，就讀大專校院、高中職（五專前三年）、國中（小）之在學子女，且未享有公費待遇及未領軍公教子女教育補助費，確有就學困難者。
本辦法所稱大專校院係指研究所碩士班、大學、四技、二技、五專（後二年）、二專等學校，不包括空中大學（大學進修學校）、空中專校（專科進修學校）及軍警學校（軍警學校之自費生，經提出在學證明或已註冊之學生證影本，證明為自費生者得納入本會助學範圍）。
前項大專校院各類在職班、輪調建教班、假日班、學分班、公費生、延畢學生、學士後各學系學生不納入本會助學範圍。
五、申請方式：凡合於前述申請資格之受災家庭在學子女，填具申請表乙份（一人填一表）；由學校彙總後連同下列文件寄交本會。
(一)鄉（鎮、市、區）公所出具係為天然災害災區受災家庭證明乙份。
(二)鄉（鎮、市、區）公所出具之低收入戶證明；非低收入戶但家境清寒貧苦者得檢具鄉（鎮、市、區）公所出具已列入政府中低收入兒少扶助之證明。
(三)戶口名簿影本乙份。
(四)在學證明乙份。
(五)印領清冊。
(六)切結書。
六、核發金額：
(一)大專校院：每名新台幣 15,000 元。
(二)高中、高職及五專（前三年）：每名新台幣 10,000 元。
(三)國中（小）學：每名新台幣 5,000 元。

For the past few decades, our school has built a solid academic foundation for the community and nurtured innumerable talented children who turn into the backbone of society. The campus is located in the heart of Hualien City with easy accessibility to many places in downtown. Most of the parents of our pupils work in business, industry, military, public, and education sectors, and all of them highly value their children’s education. Principal Chi , Chungcheng is currently the leader of more than 40 staffs and around 500 students in primary level as well as about 60 pupils in kindergarten. 學校發展歷史 School History 本校於1963年創校。1984年全校班級數20班，學生數最高達853人；2002年班級數最高達24班，學生數768人。創校至今60年，合計有10位校長接力經營本校（含現任）。 Jhong Siao Primary School was founded in 1963. The number of students peaked in 1984 with the total of 854 pupils, and the number for classes reached the highest point of 24 in 2002.
