說明：
一、依據「2022 年花蓮縣夢想起飛-第 9 屆青少年發明展」實施 計畫辦理。
二、參賽組別與資格：
(一)參賽組別：分為國中 A 組(全校 9 班以上)及國中 B 組(8 班以 下)；國小 A 組(全校 13 班以上)、國小 B 組(7~12 班) 及國 小 C 組(6 班以下)，參賽隊員必須為花蓮縣國中小之在學學生。
(二)參加資格：本縣為國中小之在學學生。
三、評審時間與地點
(一)初審： 111 年 10 月 19 日(星期三)。紙本審查或線上審查。
(二)複審： 111 年 11 月 25 日(星期五)假花蓮縣立中正體育館。
四、報名時間與方式：
(一)繳交初審資料：
１、請於 111 年 9 月 22 日(週四)上午 8 時至 10 月 6 日（週四） 下午 5 時止，至花蓮縣青少年發明展-官網 https://contest.hlc.edu.tw/invention ，以各校承 辦教師或指導老師的 openid 登入。
(１)填寫報名資料，填寫完成後下載【報名表】（如附 件一）及【作品摘要說明表-空白版】（如附件 二）。
(２)完成【報名表】各欄位用印後，請掃描成 pdf 檔 案；並命名「報名表_作品編號_OO 國小.pdf」。
(３)填寫【作品摘要說明表】各欄位後，請另存（或掃 描）成 pdf 檔案，並命名「摘要表_作品編號_OO 國 小.pdf」。
(４)再至官網上傳此【報名表-完成版】及【作品摘要 說明表-完成版】pdf 檔案，始完成報名。
２、鼓勵參賽，不限制每一校報名隊數；惟每一隊皆需上 網完成報名手續。為使所有參賽學生都能有機會展現 對作品的投入程度，所有參賽作品都進入複審階段-出 席複審現場，向評審報告作品內容和接受詢答。
(二)繳交複審資料：
１、請於 111 年 10 月 27 日（四）上午 8 時至 11 月 10 日（四）下午 5 時止，至花蓮縣青少年發明展-官網 https://contest.hlc.edu.tw/invention ，以各校承辦教師或指導老師的 openid 登入
(１)上傳【著作權、活動拍攝暨影片後製創用 CC 授權同 意書】（如附件三） pdf 檔； 註：每位作者和指導 教師皆需單獨簽署授權同意書
(２)上傳【作品製作過程影片】影片長度 2 分鐘，格式 為 mp4 ， 50MB 以內。
２、請注意作品規格上限為長 90cm 、寬 60cm 、高度不限， 重量上限為 10 公斤，若超過上述限制，可利用模型代 替之。

For the past few decades, our school has built a solid academic foundation for the community and nurtured innumerable talented children who turn into the backbone of society. The campus is located in the heart of Hualien City with easy accessibility to many places in downtown. Most of the parents of our pupils work in business, industry, military, public, and education sectors, and all of them highly value their children’s education. The number of students peaked in 1984 with the total of 854 pupils, and the number for classes reached the highest point of 24 in 2002.
