1.社區在地課程

2.雙語CLIL課程:本校生活課程(低年級)、體育課程(三年級)、音樂課程(三年級)、自然課程(四年級)…等科目實施雙語教學,增加學生使用英語的機會。雙語課則強調使用英語的情境與互動。老師用豐富的肢體語言,搭配重複的課室用語,讓學生熟悉英語運用。

3.國際教育課程:推動國際教育課程,從認識自我文化出發,擴展文化接觸,增進文化識能。本校透過國際文化的對照,教導學生深入了解自我文化的特質,包括種族、語言、階級、宗教、人口等。認識臺灣特殊的歷史定位,體認國家在國際社會的特殊處境,並喚醒國家意識,正視自己對國家的責任。

4.品德教育課程:推動「七項習慣」為品德教育主軸主動積極;以終為始;要事第一;雙贏思維;知彼解己;統合綜效;不斷更新。

  1. Read: developing students’ reading habits and lead them to enjoy reading anytime and anywhere.
  2. Understand: increasing students’ abilities in understanding contents in books and patience in reading long paragraphs.
  3. Narrate: students will be willing to share ideas and perspectives about books they read. Building the capabilities for exploring, deep thinking, collaborating, and diverse development.

  1. Featured Curriculum
              1. Localized Courses.
              2. Bilingual Courses: our bilingual classes include integrative studies (grade 1 and 2), PE (grade 3), music (grade 3), as well as science and technology (grade 4). All classes are designed to focus on interactions between students and teachers based on real-life situation. Additionally, teachers also combine their body language and common classroom English to enhance the opportunities for students to practice English.
              3. International Education: In order to promote international education, we choose to begin the courses with understanding our culture, increasing the opportunities for students to explore various traditional custom, and enhancing cultural recognizability. At the same time, by comparing our country with other nations, students can have a deeper understanding in different aspects of our culture which include ethnicity, language, religion, and population. Moreover, by recognizing Taiwan’s special historical position and realizing our country’s unique situation in the international community, we hope the courses can awaken students’ national awareness and take the responsibilities to serve our nation.
