| 一、 | 依據「花蓮縣國民中小學校長甄試儲訓作業要點」第 5 點規定辦理。 |
| 二、 | 報名作業： |
| （一） | 採親自報名，因另有要事，無法親自前來者，請附委託書。 |
| （二） | 時間－106 年 12 月 27 日（星期三），上午 9 時至 12 時、下午 1 時至 4 時。 |
| （三） | 地點－本府教育處第 2 會議室（花蓮市達固湖灣大路 1 號）。 |
| （四） | 原住民族籍教師於報名審查時，積分表上如勾選以原住民族籍身份報考並於筆試階段加分，由教育處彙整後統一造冊經由戶役政系統方式取得證明，另依查證結果辦理筆試階段加分作業。 |
| （五） | 參與校園性侵害或性騷擾事件調查教師，應依本縣培訓計畫規定提出佐證資料，例如學校聘請擔任調查人員公文、簽到表等，俾利採計積分之認定。 |
| （六） | 經歷中關於「童軍教育活動」採計標準，請提供童軍會/女童軍會出具之服務證明文件。 |
| 三、 | 甄試作業： |
| （一） | 甄試方式－積分審查、筆試及口試 3 項。 |
| （二） | 成績計算－積分占 30﹪、筆試占 40﹪【原住民族籍考生得分加乘 10%】、口試占 30﹪。 |
| （三） | 筆試日期－107 年 1 月 21 日（星期日）。 |
| （四） | 口試日期－107 年 1 月 28 日（星期日）。 |
| （五） | 甄試地點－花蓮縣立自強國民中學（花蓮市裕祥路 89 號）。 |
| （六） | 進入第二階段口試人數，為預計錄取人數之 2 倍，但筆試成績未達 50 分者不得進入口試。錄取基準為積分與筆試【原住民族籍考生得分加乘 10%】成績之加總，如遇該二項加總同分者，則增額錄取進入第二階段。 |
| （七） | 預計錄取人數－國民中學校長 3 名、國民小學校長 6 名，以上得不足額錄取。 |
| 四、 | 另特別提醒師資培育之大學附設國民中、小學教師，具備國民中小學校長主任教師甄選儲訓遷調及介聘辦法之第 6 條或第 7 條資格者，得經本府(教育處)同意，參加國民中小學校長之甄試。 |
基本資訊和雙語連絡方式School Profile 基本資訊Overview 花蓮縣花蓮市忠孝國民小學建校六十年，深耕地方教育有目共睹。創校以來，為社區的國民教學奠下堅實的基礎，培育無數人才，成為社會中堅。本校位於花蓮市中心區域，交通便捷，屬都市型學校。學區內，家庭組織以工商業及軍公教業居多，家長皆重視子女教育。 現任校長是紀忠呈先生（Principal Chi , Chungcheng）。全校教職員總計逾40人。本校小學部共有20班，學生人數約500人；幼兒園2班，學生人數約60人。 Hualien Municipal Jhong Siao Primary School has had 60 years of history in Hualien with a high reputation for our educational focus. For the past few decades, our school has built a solid academic foundation for the community and nurtured innumerable talented children who turn into the backbone of society. The campus is located in the heart of Hualien City with easy accessibility to many places in downtown. Most of the parents of our pupils work in business, industry, military, public, and education sectors, and all of them highly value their children’s education. Principal Chi , Chungcheng is currently the leader of more than 40 staffs and around 500 students in primary level as well as about 60 pupils in kindergarten. 學校發展歷史 School History 本校於1963年創校。1984年全校班級數20班，學生數最高達853人；2002年班級數最高達24班，學生數768人。創校至今60年，合計有10位校長接力經營本校（含現任）。 Jhong Siao Primary School was founded in 1963. The number of students peaked in 1984 with the total of 854 pupils, and the number for classes reached the highest point of 24 in 2002.
