QNAP NAS Community Forum

Hello

I recently took the time to setup QNAP Surveillance Station for a test setup before I will implement a bigger solution. Playing back through the Monitor program works flawlessly, but playback through the Vmobile app on iOS is average at best. Usually is drops a lot of frames which makes the footage "lag".
I am running it on iPhone 6 and will try on iPad air 2 as well to see if it wields a different result. I am thinking it is the codec that QNAP uses that doesn't play well with iOS but that is only a guess. Any suggestions?

Edit: I see on the appstore reviews that I am not the only one with this issue.
